We are seeking a customer-focussed, deadline driven team player experienced in working in a high volume environment to join our Payroll team.  Ideally you will be experienced in the interpretation of enterprise agreements and modern awards, you utilise your knowledge of taxation, superannuation and financial statutory requirements to provide advice and direction to line managers and employees alike. 

You enjoy highly detailed work and thrive on tight and conflicting deadlines.  Comfortable and confident in communicating at all levels, you have excellent verbal and written communication. Your strong analytical skills enable you to “think outside the box” to resolve issues.

Experience in Oracle Payroll would be highly regarded, as would previous experience in a similar role in a large corporate payroll (1,000 plus employees) with a range of contractual arrangements.
