The Role
Reporting into the Finance Manager and working in a small team you will be responsible for:
- Generating and distributing invoices
- Creating credit notes
- Date entry
- Managing credit applications, enquiries and disputes
- Processing invoices and expenses into SAP
- Ad hoc banking and administrative support
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of all Microsoft software
- Experience using SAP and MYOB
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Close attention to detail and very strong problem-solving skills
- Very strong work ethic
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
