We are currently looking for a Finance Business Partner to support our Diabetes and Cardiovascular (DCV) business. This role reports into the region with a dotted line into the CFO and General Manager of DCV. The role will be a key contributor to Sanofi ANZ finance leadership team discussions, business decisions, involves the preparation and validation of the annual country strategic plan, preparation of all recurring forecasting, planning and reporting requirements throughout the year, active involvement in all business discussions undertaken with the leadership team, support business objectives through all areas of financial planning, reporting, controlling, modelling and analysis. This is a hands on, individual contributor role that requires a high level of stakeholder management.
We are searching for a Finance Business Partner with the following;
- Innovative individual that challenges the status quo
- Enjoys and thrives in a “hands-on” role
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Financial Controlling experience
- Experience presenting in front of senior leaders
- Knowledge of current accounting standards
- Strong systems skills to manage data effectively
- Strong collaborative and Influencing skills
- Tertiary qualifications in business or commerce, majoring in accounting
- Experience using SAP would be highly desirable
- CA or CPA would also be desirable
