Your new company
This global organisation within the Not For Profit Industry is present in a vast amount of countries around the world. Their aim is to reduce illnesses by providing treatment, education and building facilities within local communities. They currently have an opening for a Temporary Accounts Payable Officer.
Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Controller you will work in an Accounts Payable Officer role. Your duties will include:
- manual invoice processing
- matching a high volume of invoices
- international and domestic payment runs
- staff expenses
- reconciliations
- other adhoc finance duties
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a full function Accounts Payable role is essential along with experience using Sun System. You will be a team player and willing to assist in areas other than accounts payable during quieter periods.
