Accounts Receivable Administrator – Rugby Australia (21.5 hrs a week) - Moore Park
Rugby Australia (Rugby AU) is the governing body of Rugby Union in Australia, is looking for a part-time motivated Accounts Receivable Administrator to work in the Finance Department and reporting to the Finance Manager, the Accounts Receivable Administrator will be integral in contributing to the overall success of the finance team. The role will be responsible for ensuring the timely processing, recording and reconciling of customer invoices and accounts and ensure timely collection of monies due to Rugby Australia.
Responsibilities:
- End to end Accounts receivable
- New customer applications & set up
- Managing debtor collections to achieve targets
- Banking + allocations and account reconciliations
- Ad hoc assistance on Accounts Payable as required
Skills and experience:
- Min. 3 years end to end accounts receivable experience
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Proficiency in account, bank and credit card reconciliations
- Advanced knowledge of AR AP modules of ERP system
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Detail oriented and have an uncompromising attitude to accuracy
- Well organized with the ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to work with deadlines
- Ability to handle and manage confidential information
- NetSuite experience is a plus but not essential
