A higher-education provider is in need of a strong accounts payable officer to cover a period of leave.

Your new company
A well-renowned Education provider is seeking a strong accounts payable officer to cover a period of leave. This education institution is known for having a fast paced, high-volume environment. They are located nearby a range of public transport and there is a potential for the assignment to extend.

Your new role
You will be working as an Accounts Payable Officer responsible for high volume, end to end accounts payable processing. Other duties will be reconciling accounts and raising and validating of purchase orders. When required, you will also provide ad-hoc administrative and finance support.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have experience processing high-volume, end-to-end accounts payable under Australian regulatory conditions. The successful applicant will ideally have previous experience working within a RTO or come from the education sector background. You will be proficient with the use of SAP and have intermediate to advanced excel skills (v-look ups, pivot tables). You will be a strong communicator who is confident in with liaising with external and internal stakeholders from across different backgrounds.
