The Payroll and HR Administrator will be responsible for managing the outsourced fortnightly/monthly payroll and supporting the Human Resources Director with all people related issues. 

The Role:

To be successful in the role, you will be able to demonstrate understanding of payroll and HR processes, including:

  • Responsible in managing the fortnightly and monthly payroll with our payroll service provider.
  • Maintain and amend payroll data ensuring this is complemented in conjunction with payroll service provider.
  • Manage and resolve payroll queries
  • Provide advice on payroll related matters
  • Payroll reporting and analysis on monthly basis
  • Responsible for all HR administration including employment offers, employment variations and onboarding documentation,   
  • Support with recruitment administration
  • Assisting people related projects

The candidate:

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate:

  • The role would suitable someone with several years’ experience with outsourced payroll systems.
  • Tertiary qualifications
  • Previous ADP (Real time and Kronos) experience is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of accounting principles   
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great problem solving abilities
  • HR/Payroll related qualifications and equivalent work experience
  • Strong computer literacy
  • A willingness to learn new skills
  • Strong time management skills and able to meet deadlines
