The Company
This well-known & reputable manufacturing and distribution business is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join the team at their team, only a short walk from St Leonards train station
The Role
Reporting into the Finance Manager, your daily responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Full function Accounts Payable
- Accurately process of supplier invoices, payments to suppliers along with Supplier reconciliations
- Maintain and build on relationships with suppliers and contact them when issues arise
- Assist with month end duties
- Other duties as delegated
- Bank reconciliations and cash flow maintenance
The Candidate
- Previous solid experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk is a MUST
- Experience with Software’s such as Navision, SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics is ideal
- Must be computer literate and Intermediate experience and understanding of Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
