The Firm
This mid-size CA firm has built an enviable portfolio of private company clients. The practice boasts many $50-$100 million turnover clients that require a broad range of services. Due to steady growth within the practice one of the partners requires an up and coming junior manager to assist him.
The Role
Working directly with the partner and alongside a senior manager you will assist in managing a $1million dollar portfolio of fees. As a supervisor in this team you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients and have some responsibility in reviewing work, managing and mentoring staff both on and off-shore.
Given the current growth there is an expectation that you will become a manager within 12 months.
- Prepare of financial statements and tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals
- Tax planning
- Develop relationships with clients
- Supervise and review the work of accountants from graduate to senior level
- Conduct client meetings
The Individual
The partner is seeking a competent qualified accountant who can mange both clients and other professional staff. You will already have prior experience in a supervisory role with another reputable practice. This is a great role for someone looking to get to senior manager within the short term.
