Autonomous role!

Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Credit Control Officer to join a small and closed-knit team. This is an autonomous role and would require someone proactive and self-starter. Reporting directly to the Credit & Risk Manager.

Your key responsibilities:

Manage debtor's ledger and cancelled accounts/loans
Manage unallocated funds, Dishonours process, arrears and letter runs
Action inbound calls
Liaise closely with the Sales team as well as clients and brokers
Liaise with the collections agency
Journals
And monthly reporting

To be successful:

Strong Credit Control experience.
Strong computer and technical skills - Excel and Word.
High attention to detail and analytical
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work efficiently
Ability to , communicate (written and verbal) with all internal and external stakeholders
Flexibility
Minimum of HSC or equivalent professional Credit qualifications.
