Due to Plexus’ continued growth and international expansion, we are currently looking for an exceptional Financial Controller to join our growing team at Melbourne HQ. This role will be responsible for managing the Finance function across our domestic and international businesses.

Key objectives:

• Delivery of monthly accounts and EOFY for the Plexus Group including Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
• Creation of financial models for budget, forecasts and cash flow
• Meeting statutory obligations for the business e.g. R&D tax incentive, BAS, Income tax, PAYG, work cover etc.
• Management of organisational performance metrics
• Corporate secretarial responsibilities
• Successful implementation of new accounting system

Prerquisites

• Financial Controller or Business Advisory experience in a mid to large accounting firm
• Strong management reporting skills
• Excel modelling expertise
• Experience in a technology company preferred, but not required
