About the Role
The position is challenging due to varied functions. It requires the ability to maintain a strong customer service focus while being adaptable and flexible. Communication with site supervisors, operations managers and other key stakeholders is essential on a daily basis. The position assists the various site supervisors and operations managers in Queensland with admin support. Duties will entail general admin, raiding PO's, coordinate new employee site induction, maintenance and data entry of training courses across various employees.
Requirements
- Demonstrated admin experience in a business environment
- Formal qualifications in Business Administration are desireable
- Strong communication and personal skills
- General computer skills including SAP, excel, office suite and powerpoint
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and time management
