Responsibilities and Challenges -
New opportunity due to consistent and projected growth in highly progressive Accounting practice:
- Engage with clients of an extremely high calibre
- $600K portfolio with 30% ASX and HNW groups
- Business clients range from - $1-200m in turnover
- Contribute to the direction and strategy of their business plan
- Seat at the table to put forward your ideas and thoughts of change
- Recruit, select and develop your own high performing team of 6
- Nature of advisory is varietal and diverse
- Take the lead in advisory meetings with key stakeholders, develop and implement tax planning strategies, provide funding analysis and financial modelling analytics
- The role will challenge your leadership capabilities – act as the face of the office alongside impressive Directors
- Be taken under the wing of one of the Directors to get involved and build you tax expertise.
To be successful in this role -
Minimum 6 years public practice experience with Australian accounting firms with CA/CPA qualifications.
