The Role

• Preparation and analysis of monthly management reports including balance sheet, profit and loss, and cash-flow
• Management of quarterly reports, including analysis, review and commentary
• Maintenance of internal controls, including reconciliations and general ledger entries
• Preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
• Analysis and reconciliation of customers and suppliers accounts
• Liaise with operations managers regarding budgets and variances
• Report on cash flow and inventory management
• Maintenance of fixed asset register
• Review and analysis of departmental KPI's
• Contribute to improving the companies financial reporting systems and processes
• Ad hoc projects and analysis as required

Requirements:

• Ideally, you will be a qualified CA/CPA/CIMA
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to extract data from financial systems and provide insights, recommendation and commentary
• Previous experience working in a medium to large business
• The ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels
• Proven time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Experience using an ERP system such as Classic will be highly regarded
