A permanent opportunity for a naturally born leader has become available. With your Full function payroll experience you will re-engineer the current payroll process, educate employees around payroll and streamline current processes.

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller your responsibilities will include:
- Developing, testing documenting and rolling out procedures
- Managing award increases and multiple EBA’s. Exceptional understanding of End to End payroll processing is a must.
- Liaising with stakeholders across all business units and processing weekly payroll for circa 900 employees.
- Amalgamating existing excel templates used for calculations and record time keeping
- Verifying and sign off payroll reports
- Processing End to End payroll on a weekly basis
To be successful with this role you must have:
- Payroll experience managing a weekly payroll of minimum 800 employees
- Prioritise tasks and work to strict deadlines
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Intermediate/advanced level computer skills across MS programs
- Effective communication skills
- Experience in managing individual team member KPI’s and development
You will be reporting directly to the CFO who believes in developing his staff. My client has a reputation of promoting from within and provides continuous development to ensure that the team are engaged and challenged within their role. You will have total ability to restructure the process.
