• Support the finance team by getting involved in a broad range of duties
• Rydalmere location, one month contract, 8.30am to 4.30pm
• $33-35 per hour plus superannuation, street parking or public transport

The company
Join the finance team of this multinational organisation who have just implemented a new accounting system and experiencing busy times.  

The role
This month long assignment could potentially run much longer.  Reporting to the Accountant your role will include:

• processing accounts payable transactions and reconciliations.
• processing accounts receivable transactions and reconciliations.
• preparing invoices.
• bank reconciliations
• general ledger reconciliations and assisting with month end processes.

The candidate
You will need to be able to turn your hand to a wide range of duties, so flexibility is key.  In addition you will need:

• recent experience in an Assistant Accountant or Accounts Clerk role where you have managed accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing and reconciliations.
• a team player attitude and great productivity.
• the ability to start immediately in this month long assignment.

road accounts clerical experience is much more important than formal qualifications.

The rewards
In addition to an hourly rate of $33-35 per hour plus superannuation, you will enjoy working hours of 8.30am to 4.30pm and street parking available.
