We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable/Customer Service Officer to join a growing business in the haircare industry. The role is based close to Melbourne CBD and you will be joining a well-established business with recognised brands.
Reporting to the Finance function, this dynamic role requires someone with well-developed customer service skills in order processing as well as an aptitude for finance administration in Accounts Receivable.
You will be a bit of an all-rounder and will undertake credit checks, establish new accounts, process back orders as well as general order processing. Invoicing support and assisting with reconciliations of supplier statements for billing accuracy. You will be an overall support to the Accounting team as required and be happy to demonstrate initiative and suggest any business improvements along the way where possible.
You will have intermediate to advanced Word and Excel and be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and follow through is a must. Working to deadlines is paramount and the ability to multitask will cement your success in this role.
