Your new company
This organisation is located in the Sydney CBD. A vacancy has opened up for an ongoing temporary position of Trust Accountant. It is in a busy, fast paced environment that requires taking initiative and accountability for meeting deadlines. Your new role
Your duties in this ongoing Trust Accountant role will involve;
- Preparing and handling management accounts and financial statements
- Creating monthly reports including BAS and tax returns
- Reconciliation of trust accounts
- Work autonomously to meet deadlines
- Co-ordinate and communicate your daily operations with the Senior Manager
- Assist the financial team with Ad-hoc duties
What you'll need to succeed
You must be able to work in a fast paced environment with previous experience in trust accounting. Knowledge of Xero is desired and a high attention to detail is essential. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills and an intermediate proficiency in Excel. You’ll have a positive and energetic attitude with the ability to work independently.
