A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Individual looking to progress their career in public practice.
Based on Toorak Road, South Yarra our well established CA practice offers a wide range of business services, taxation,superannuation and financial services.
Working independently, you will be responsible for the preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for a variety of SMSF's and ideally be working towards either your CA/CPA qualification.
You will have a solid background in accounting and tax for self managed super funds using Class and the ability to prepare funds to audit stage with minimal assistance.
You will also be groomed to provide business support and advice to clients. The opportunity to train and mentor junior staff and to develop your supervisory skills is available should you wish to progress towards a Management position.
The successful candidates will possess the following attributes:
- Exceptional communication skills and personal presentation
- Solid understanding of tax legislation
- Minimum of 1-2 years Australian tax experience
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Strong computer skills
Experience with Class and BGL software will also be highly regarded.
