The Company:
  
Established over 25 years ago, my clients' name is synonymous with providing high-quality service to its clients. They have experienced impressive growth over the past 7 years which has created a ripple effect across the industry. Due to this growth, and exciting opportunity has arisen for a savvy Analyst to join their M&A team.
  
  
The Role:   
  
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will play a major part in M&A activities, build financial models, conduct KPI analysis, analyse commercial opportunities, identifying key drivers Assist in highlighting investment opportunties and other ad hoc analysis as required.
  
You will also be given the opportunity to take part in M&A activities where your solid commercial acumen will be put to good use. There will also be system implementation projects to be a part of. No two days will be the same and the only limit to this role is your initiative and your drive!
  
  
Skills & Experience:

• CPA/CA qualifications
• Proven ability to prepare forecasts/budgets
• Proven financial modelling experience
• KPI/Variance analysis
• Previous exposure to investment analysis
• Exposure to M&A activities advantageous
• Proven financial reporting skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong commercial acumen
• Proven ability to build solid relationships across the business
