Major Accounts - Multi million dollar ledger
St Marys Location - Free Parking
$60,000 - $65,000 + Super

About the company & role:

Reputable Australian Owned and operated FMCG business has a need for Accounts Receivable / Credit Officer to join a small team at their St Marys Location.

The Responsibilities:

Reporting directly into the Finance Manager your daily duties will include but not be limited to:

Maintain a multi million dollar ledger of major accounts within the FMCG Industry
Set up new customers accounts
Processing and raising of invoices
Daily banking and processing of all debtor receipts, credit card payments/EFT
Accurate allocation of all cheques / cash, credit card, BPay and direct deposits
Customer service and dispute resolution
Assist team where necessary

The successful applicant

Must have proven and previous experience as an Accounts Receivable Officer maintaining a large ledger
Success in reducing outstanding debts and DSO
High attention to detail, excellent time management skills and a proactive approach to customers
Previous experience with SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics is Ideal
