We have an opportunity within our Finance department for a finance or accounting graduate looking to start their career.

Our goal is to provide you with an opportunity to learn the inner workings of the department and give you exposure to Ai-Media's business activities through a variety of challenging work. You will have the opportunity to progress within your position through mentoring and coaching from our experienced finance team.

The position is based at our head office in North Sydney.

The Opportunity:

• Support the daily function of the finance department
• Learn accounting software such as MYOB and SAP
• Assist with the company payroll
• Work on end of month and end of year reports
• Review vendor statements and clear outstanding invoices
• Assist with the processing of purchase orders and invoices
• Assist the Finance team with filing, categorising and sorting financial documents

Skills required:

• Hold a Finance/Accounting Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Display advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Have excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
• Have the ability to problem solve, research & troubleshoot independently
• Must possess unrestricted working rights in Australia
