Page Personnel is currently working closely with a fantastic Brisbane based organisation in their recruitment of a talented Finance Officer. Their offices are based in the northern suburbs of Brisbane. With a prime location and proximity to a wide range of suburbs. They are actively seeking a professional Finance Officer to join their finance team.
Description
Reporting to the Manager of Finance, the successful candidate's temporary assignment will have a focus on the following:
- Responsible for processing the end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- End to end administration of Payroll
- Reconciliations - banks, credit cards etc
- End of month duties and responsibilities
- Processing month end accounts to balance sheet Managing the Payroll Reconciliations
- Cash-flow control and cash-flow reporting
- Bank reconciliation
- Client liaison and relationship management
- Other ad hoc duties as required
Profile
The successful candidate’s capabilities should include:
- Minimum of 3 years experiences in a similar role
- A high level of customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with key stakeholders
- High level of organization and time management
