About the opportunity

Accountable for the promotion and implementation of the Risk Management Framework in the Business, the Risk Business Partner is responsible for delivering challenge and support to a vast range of business units within Bupa's largest stream, Health Insurance. 

This is a second line Business Partnering opportunity with regular interaction with the Head of Risk and will work closely with other Business Partners across the organisation. The position will also manage 2 Risk Analysts.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide education of the Risk Management Framework to areas of the business with a commercial lens;
  • Lead a program of Stress and Scenario Testing, quality control, Operational Risk Quantification analysis and have exposure to Board and Committee reporting;
  • Support the business in the implementation and embedding of the enterprise policy suite; and
  • Develop a detailed understanding of business and functional areas to really add value to risk management processes.

Your Background

This is a true leader role and will provide you with the opportunity to grow in a world leading Health & Care organisation. You will have/had exposure to:

  • 9+ years experience in risk management roles in large organisations within a regulatory environment OR Large Professional Service's firm;
  • Strong experience in dealing and presenting with senior leadership teams;
  • Comprehensive Risk Management experience; and
  • Strong experience in communicating and delivering results with regulators.
