We invite applications from experienced Accounts Payable Officers to join our Accounts Department on a permanent part-time (0.5 FTE) basis, the position is based at Darlington in the southern suburbs of Adelaide.
This busy role will be responsible for:
- Monitoring & responding to incoming emails.
- Processing and reconciling credit card purchases.
- Overseeing new supplier credit accounts set up.
- Managing Petty Cash.
- Preparing EFT payments, drawing cheques and sending remittance advices.
- Associated administration tasks as required.
Previous experience in an A/P role in a similar industry is needed, along with good general administration skills, numeric aptitude and accurate data entry skills. You will need to work to deadlines and help others in the team when needed.
Hours are spread over 3 days, there is some flexibility with days and times, within normal office hours.
