Exciting opportunity for a predominantly operational based Payroll Manager to manage a team for an ASX listed company whilst managing projects and further improvements

Description
Reporting to the Finance Director, your duties include;
- Support, lead and run an end to end payroll processing team
- Utilise a hands on approach within a fast paced environment
- Manage and process a high volume payroll, weekly and monthly
- Month end duties and various reporting duties
- Provide strategic input with Finance Director and other senior stakeholders
Profile
The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of ERP systems and be willing to be a hands on Payroll Manager in a fast paced environment. Prior team management experience is necessary whilst holding strong values and work ethics. Strong organisational skills and people management skills are required.
