The Company
An industry leader, this iconic brand demonstrates a strong history of success in both Australian and international markets. They currently require an experienced and confident Accounts Payable Officer to assist the team in a temporary capacity, starting as soon as possible and extending through until mid October.
The Role
This is a true end to end Accounts Payable position, reporting directly through to the Accounts Payable Manager. Your responsibilities will include, yet are not limited to:
- Processing invoices using SAP
- Running weekly, monthly and ad hoc payments (local and overseas suppliers)
- Reconciliations
- Corporate credit card expenses
- End of month reporting
- Ad hoc duties supporting the Finance team where required
The Candidate
We are seeking an experienced SAP and Accounts Payable professional who enjoys working in a busy team environment, supporting an existing team. You will have a solid and detailed understanding of the SAP system and Accounts Payable function, with stand-alone experience in high responsibility positions. Your references will attribute to your desire to assist and support a team wherever possible, and work towards a common goal. You must be available to commit to the duration of the assignment in full, with previous and proven SAP experience absolutely essential.
