Our client:
This global powerhouse in the consumer goods sector is looking for an experienced, full-function payroll officer to join their fast-paced team.
The role:
Reporting to the Payroll Manager your role will include but is not limited to the following.
- Process monthly end to end payroll;
- On-going maintenance of payroll system;
- Update and maintain payroll records;
- Liaise with staff and management regarding payroll related queries;
- Timesheet calculations;
- Process superannuation contributions (quarterly);
- Payroll tax - processing group certificates for staff;
- Taking part in projects and process improvements.
Your profile:
- Detail oriented personality;
- Ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks and prioritise to meet deadlines in high volume environment;
- Experience using Micropay Meridian is highly regarded;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Calm and reliable demeanour.
