Your new company is a state government organisation based in Parramatta.
Your new role
Your new role will join an established and experienced team.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- High volume collection inbound/outbound calls
- Payment of accounts
- Invoicing
- Reconciliations
- Liaising with internal and external customers
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience as a Revenue Collections Officer in a large organisation and have exceptional communication and negotiation skills. As this is a temporary role previous experience using SAP is essential. Previous experience in a state government organisation or a shared service environment will be highly regarded.
