Due to temporary internal movement in the team it has allowed the opportunity for a talented Accounts Payable Officer to join their Finance Team.
Description
This Accounts Payable position will play an important role in the overall financial performance of the organisation. Reporting to the Financial Accountant, your role will include but will not be limited to the following:
- Matching, Batching and Coding invoices efficiently and accurately for payment
- Reviewing and verifying invoices for payments
- Carrying out payment runs
- Bank reconciliations to supplier statements
- Resolving all designated supplier queries within a timely manner
- Maintaining vendor management
Profile
The successful candidate will be immediately available and have 3 years proven experience in a full function Accounts Payable role. The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a similar autonomous role and exposure to the manufacturing environment. Demonstration of strong communication skills when engaging with internal and external stakeholders is needed. Experience using SAP is necessary and intermediate excel skills.
