Our highly successful client has an opportunity for a Payroll Officer to join their company based in Melbourne's eastern suburbs on a 6 month contract. Applicants must have extensive end to end Payroll experience.

In this position the responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• End to end payroll for all employees 
• New staff member information and terminations, payslips
• Preparation of relevant reports for Finance and relevant payroll reports.
• Create and maintain new employee files
• Manage Interface with Finance
• ATO Reporting requirements
• Instruct and ensure that all relevant payroll deductions and entitlements are efficiently coordinated and paid in a timely manner
• Complete all month end procedures including printing of monthly payroll report
• Assist with year-end reconciliation of wages
• Ad hoc administrative support 

To be considered for this position you must be an experienced payroll officer with exposure to a large payroll system experience and have a true passion for Payroll. You pride yourself on your ability to continually deliver outstanding service to all stakeholders. You are ready for your next challenge in an organisation that appreciates your technical skills and your outstanding commercial acumen. You must be able to work autonomously as well as within a small team and have possess immaculate communication skills with strong customer service delivered in every instance.
