• $100,000 - $110,000 plus superannuation

The role
In this business critical role you will report into the Group Finance Manager with a dotted line to the CFO. As part of the corporate finance team you will be responsible for the budgeting and forecasting process, preparing and presenting detailed analysis of the organisations performance and partnering with non-financial Head's of Department to drive commercial performance.

Key tasks will include:

• Prepare and communicate ongoing performance reporting
• Provide extensive business and industry analysis to deliver insights that assist in developing and executing a range of strategies that contribute to the achievement of organisational goals
• Responsibility for the preparation of the annual budget and regular forecasting for assigned Programs
• Work with Senior Management and Executive to complete accurate costings and business cases
• Building and updating complex models
• Establishing relationships outside of finance to present analysis and commentary
• Identifying and executing process improvement opportunities
• Ad hoc analysis, project planning and execution

Ideal candidate 
You are CA/CPA qualified, with a depth of experience from the Big 4/Mid-Tier realm as well as a large complex commercial business. You will have a strategic mindset, and will be highly competent in working amongst large data sets to pull together robust and insightful recommendations to drive business performance. You will be a genuine business partner who is able to build strong relationships across the business. Technically astute, you will have demonstrated success improving management and performance reporting through efficient systems and reporting tools.
