Chandler Macleod are currently seeking and experienced Payroll officer to join their team who have over 30 years’ experience working across the mining and engineering market place. They are showing no signs of slowing down and are currently taking the market by storm with projects across the Victoria boarder.
We are seeking a switched-on candidate with proven experience working as an office all rounder but experienced in payroll and using the program 'XERO'. Your years of experience in a similar role make you the ‘go to’ person in your current role and have the ability to spot issues before they arise.
You possess skills including:
• An impeccable level of attention to detail
• Great time management skills
• A confident communicator, both verbal and written
You are confident when it comes to the following duties:
• Office management
• Payroll of a small team of 40
• Accounts receivable / payable
• Liaising with clients
• Assisting with HR/Recruitment
This role will be well suited to a highly organised individual who can think on their feet and spin many plate at the same time. You will be the sole office administrator, so you aren’t worried by being on your own from time to time.
