About the company
Join one of Brisbane’s leading accounting firms within their Business Services division. The firm have multiple service lines including audit, corporate tax and business services.
The firm have won multiple awards and pride themselves in the outstanding service they provide to clients. They offer excellent training to staff from both partners and the HR teams.
About the role
You will join the firm as a Client Manager and report directly to one of the Partners in the team. You will manage your own client base and be the first point of contact for a number of key clients. There will be opportunities to contribute to the growth of the team and be given guidance to develop your business development skills to progress to Partner in the future.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Preparation and review tax returns, financial statements and BAS;
- Regular client meetings;
- Providing value-add advisory service to clients;
- Manage junior, intermediate and senior Accountants; and
- Deliver an exceptional level of service to new and existing clients.
Skills required for the role:
- Relevant degree and CA / CPA qualification;
- Minimum two years’ experience as a Manager or Supervisor in an accounting firm; OR eight years’ experience in accounting;
- Strong management and leadership skills; and
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients.
