This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable and well-established, growing residential and commercial flooring business in the South Eastern suburbs.
Working 30-40 hours per week, this role will support the Financial Controller. Your duties will include:
- Full function Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, sub-contractor progress claims, collections and retentions
- Job costing
- Full function Accounts Payable, including verification and processing of purchase orders
- Bank reconciliations
- Month end preparation and reconciliations
- End to end payroll
- General support to Financial Controller
- Ad hoc assignments as required
About You
- Previous local experience within the construction industry would be highly regarded
- Proven experience in full function Bookkeeping processes
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Proficient in the use of MYOB and Microsoft Excel
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
