One of our clients is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance team on a temporary basis with potential for full time
 
They are seeking a motivated, confident and hands on Accounts Payable Officer to join their medium sized team in a fast paced environment. Located in Brisbane, this organisation offers a friendly working environment and supportive team.
 
The role includes:

• Full-function Accounts Payable
• Matching, batching and coding invoices 
• Reconciliation of debtor accounts to ensure all payments are accurate
• Assist with  and Balance Sheet reconciliations 
• Assist members of the Accounts support team as and when required
• Payroll where needed

The successful Applicant will have:

• At least 12 months experience in an AP role
• Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel
• ERP system experience (Advantage)
• Excellent attention to detail, numerical skills and data entry skills
• Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Must have excellent English speaking and writing skills
• Be able to use initiative
• Willing to performing ad-hoc tasks related to AP
