• $55,000-$65,000 plus superannuation

Position Description
With team fit and culture a priority, the business is seeking a dynamic and motivated Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team on a permanent basis.

Reporting directly to the Accounts Receivable Manager, the role will include but not be limited to

• Setting up new accounts and monthly invoicing 
• Process fortnightly billing
• Processing invoices/credit notes
• Handling telephone account queries - internal/external
• Reconciling debtor accounts as well as;
• Receipting/Banking 

Ideal Candidate

• Prior experience working as an Accounts Receivable Officer 
• Aged care experience is highly desireable though not essential
• Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to prioritise own work, and have excellent time management skills
