About The Role:

This role is part of the Treasury team in JBS corporate office. The key responsibility is to process Accounts Payable invoices to ensure timely payment of suppliers. The role requires considerable interaction with suppliers and staff across the business. The role is part of a team of 9, so strong communication skills and an eagerness to contribute to a cohesive team is essential.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices against purchase orders or via an approval process, using SAP.
• Monthly vendor statement reconciliations, ensuring all invoices are paid on time
• Maintain databases and collate expenses relating to more complex billing
• Build key relationships with suppliers and across the business.
• Fielding all payment enquiries in a professional manner, arranging corrective action and response to enquirer within one business day.
• Proactively seek process improvements to increase efficiency of the team.

Criteria

• Motivated, analytical thinker, keen to contribute and refine current processes
• Previous experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in a corporate environment, highly desirable.
• Experience in SAP desirable.
• Able to work quickly, maintaining a high attention to detail
• Ability to maintain focus, especially when working to strict timelines
• Experience in use of excel for database management and manipulation
• Proven ability to work with minimal supervision, contributing to the continuing process review and refinement within the team
