We are a well established local owned logistics Company with Head Office in Sydney and branches in Melbourne, Brisbane and New Zealand. A vacancy for the position of Accounts Payable Officer is open to replace one of our team members leaving.
The Role:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include but not limited to:
- Checking, matching and posting of suppliers' invoices in SAP Business One
- Perform Creditors' Reconciliation
- Managing of Accruals and Prepayment Schedules
- Inter company billing and settlements
- Assist in the process of invoices for overseas
customers - Other administrative duties as administered by the Finance Manager
The Candidate:
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
- Min 1 years experience in a similar role
- Good understanding of accounting principles
- Experience working in a small / medium enterprise
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Strong operational knowledge of SAP
- Computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Skills
- Strong attention to details
