  • Work with our existing clients such as the Salvos, Red Cross, UTS, Oxfam, UNHCR, Chartered Accountants, UNSW, Cancer Council, Amnesty International, RSPCA, Reed Exhibitions, NSW Business chamber … market researchers, charities, consultancies and marketers.

What you'll do:

As both the business and our team of 10 is growing rapidly, the founder will shift their focus to enterprise sales and product development, creating an opportunity for you to add your expertise.

  • Accountable for business P&L and management of daily business operations
  • Define key priorities and KPI’s within marketing, sales, finance and customer relations
  • Creation and implementation of online and direct marketing and sales strategies
  • Direct management of account managers, marketing and customer relations staff
  • Influence product strategy, synthesising customer feedback for the product team
  • Analyse business performance and recommend objectives to improve profitability
  • Develop human capital through recruiting, interviewing, hiring and mentoring new talent.
  • Streamline end to end business process through technology selection and process implementation

The Gopher can conduct the initial phases of multiple conversations, triage, then transition high value interactions to a human operator, who seamlessly continues the conversation. Salespeople’s calendars are booked with calls for pre-qualified leads. Marketers can manage events, drive landing page traffic, recruit, prospect and appeal. Conversations are mined for key information, automatically synced with a clients CRM.

Who you are:

  • Looking to take full PnL responsibility and rapidly scale a technology business
  • A solid history of managing sales and or marketing teams, exceeding targets and delivering growth
  • Excellent written communication, phone manner and networking skills
  • Methodical, process driven with a knack for streamlining operations
  • Enthusiastic, persistent and driven
  • Excellent problem solver, able to identify applications of our conversational technology in accordance with client's business requirements
  • Love to keep pace with an innovative software product

 

Highly desirable:

  • Experience managing businesses selling B2B SaaS products
  • Experience developing and managing channel partnership relationships
  • Broad understanding of not for profit sales and marketing activities: fundraising, donor journey mapping, membership and donor acquisition strategies, appeals and marketing
  • Experience implementing a larger CRM platform such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or a cloud based marketing platform such as Marketo or Eloqua
