The WA office is currently seeking a driven Operations Manager.

The Role
We are regarded as the pre-eminent leader in our field of expertise with a highly professional and committed national workforce. Reporting to the General Manager WA you will lead a motivated, highly skilled and professional team of Consultants. Your objective will be to deliver outstanding service outcomes, provide technical advice to customers and maintain compliance objectives for the State.  Additionally, you will provide sales support to the region, adding value to existing clients by promoting our services, generating leads and fostering long term relationships.

You are mature, credible and confident in communicating with staff, management and customers at all levels. You have a thorough understanding of standards and regulatory concepts and are passionate about exceeding your customers' expectation. 

To be the successful candidate you will possess the following skills and experience:

- Good communication skills, both oral and written

- Customer-centric

- Ability to build rapport and strong relationships

- Strong leadership

- Strong industry knowledge and experience

- Sales experience

- Excellent time management

Qualifications:

- TAE40116 Training & Assessment (preferred)

- Fire services or Facilities Management qualifications (preferred)

- Diploma/degree in Business or frontline management (preferred)
