We are seeking an Executive Officer to work closely with board members and with three other part-time employees (a communication manager, a community engagement manager and an office assistant) to manage the administration of the organisation covering governance requirements, budgeting, overarching planning, and assisting with communications and project administration as required. The appointee would be expected to exercise imagination and an understanding of the operation of a not-for-profit charity organisation with its broad mission of changing frameworks of understanding of “wicked” public policy problems.
The Executive Officer post could be half or full time, depending on the availability of funds, which are currently being negotiated. The appointee will be paid at an hourly rate of $50 per hour.
