NSW Branch Manager - Wetherill Park
An exciting new opening has become available for a NSW Branch Manager to join one of Australia's leading National Manufactures. This role will also encompass the management of the company’s Structure, Process and Staff based in New South Wales Office, located in Wetherill Park Location with onsite parking. This role is a permanent Fulltime role , Monday-Friday operations.
Duties:
- Manage the functional responsibilities and processes of the branch in the areas of administration, sales and marketing and ensure top levels of customer service are delivered
- Ensure client invoices are raised
- Provide a formal report to immediate Manager
- Assist in the development of the Branch Budget
- Provide weekly revenue and forecast to immediate Manager
- Develop, manage and adhere to regular call regime for external sales
- Oversee receipt, delivery and dispatch of KAB goods and services
- Prepare sales quotations and tenders and manage back orders
- Train and Mentor new staff
The Person:
- Demonstrated record of achieving and maintaining branch sales, budgets and profitability
- A record of achievement in a comparable role within the industries of transport, construction, mining, agriculture or earthmoving
- Evidence of ability to plan and manage financial and other resources, with an understanding of inventory control
- Experience in effectively supervising, leading and motivating a team
- High interpersonal communication and human relationship management skills
- Experience with data input, enterprise resource planning systems, word processing and spread sheet
- Ability to apply equity and safety practices and principles
- Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
- At least 5 years’ experience in a sales and/or marketing role preferably within the automotive, transport or manufacturing industries
