The ability to effectively communicate with customers, manage projects, demonstrate attention to detail, follow existing procedures and yet to be able to think outside the box is essential. If you possess an extensive sales background then please document this and understand that we can more easily provide the required technical training.
You will have support from the existing team of 5 full time experienced techs and the resources of Rockhampton's most comprehensive IT service centre. Demonstrated skills in the following areas will be essential - Win Server 2016 / 2012 / 2008 / 2003, MS Exchange, Win 7/8/10, comprehensive network knowledge, hardware assembly, hardware diagnostics, data recovery, Internet Security, user data integrity etc – the full array of IT support for local and interstate businesses. WordPress experience will also be of advantage.
