HCA is looking to appoint an experienced and highly skilled individual based in our Revesby branch to promote and grow parts and service sales through the development of new and existing customers across Sydney (and surrounding regional areas as required).
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager your duties will include:
- Managing customer accounts to meet Parts and Service sales targets
- Cold calling, developing presentations for and negotiating with new contacts
- Efficiently manage customer base and territory to maximize coverage
- Reporting of activity, prospects, sales opportunities & competitor activity
- Excellent attention to detail with strong computer/administration abilities
- CRM experience
- Excellent mechanical aptitude
- Able to carry out full machine inspections including undercarriage
To be successful you will need:
- An understanding of Parts and Service in earthmoving or similar environment
- Pervious key account sales experience advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long term relationships
- Clear business level communication and presentation skills
- Have a safety focus and abide by site safety processes
- The ability to do some remote travel once a quarter
