This Sales Representative role offers you the opportunity to join our Spine Division in Sydney, NSW!

Your role will involve: 

  • Conducting sales activities within your assigned territory to gain sales growth and market share with existing and new customers through negotiation, customer focus and education
  • Being present in the operating theatre to assist surgeons and theatre staff maximise the use and application of Stryker products, and providing technical expertise to registrars, nurses and other personnel as required
  • Building strong working relationships with key hospital contacts to maximise business opportunities
  • Providing added value to our customers through your product knowledge and understanding of their preferences and needs

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, sales negotiation and business development practices including territory planning, customer management and lead generation and conversion
  • A previous track record of exceptional performance within the medical device or pharmaceutical sales industry
  • Knowledge of products and medical / hospital markets that will be complemented by your communication, negotiation and influencing skills, to effectively build relationships with surgeons and other key customers
  • Commitment to quality and your passion for exceeding your customer's expectations
  • A drive to succeed combined with your love of the 'thrill of the chase'
