We are now opening a Part-time opportunity for an experienced warehouse/showroom person /In-house sales
About the role
- Deal with sales enquiries / client orders on a face to face basis
- Generate in-house leads ( face to face and B2B over the phone )
- You will represent the company and assist with the growth of the business working as a team to exceed goals
- Manage stocks and stock replenishment
- You will ensure that the needs of the customers are dealt with quickly and efficiently whilst providing a service that ensures that customers return on a regular basis
- You may also be required to help in other roles including answering and making phone calls
- Working hours will be 9.30AM to 5PM ( 30 min lunch time ) Option of working three or four days a week.

Skills and experience
- Good Bathroom and Kitchen Product knowledge ( training will be provided )
- The ability to build relationships with different types of customer and Businesses
- Have worked on the trade counter or within an internal sales / telephone sales role previously
- Warehouse and Showroom experience
- Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent telephone manner
- Friendly, honest, customer focused and driven
