The Role:
Individuals are sought with recognised experience managing sales operation functions while supporting management to ensure members experience exceptional service.  Areas to add value through a well-honed sales repertoire include: Sales Operations, Team Leadership, People & Performance Management, Budgeting & Sales Reporting, and Business excellence.
 
The Skills & Experience:
Prior leadership exposure combined with a hands-on approach in managing client expectations should be displayed through consistent, profitable growth both on an individual and team basis.  Attention to detail will be highly regarded in supporting the Sales Director with revenue forecasts, setting budgets and sales reporting requirements as will the ability to articulate clearly and concisely on matters discussed within stakeholder groups.
