About the role
The role retains full responsibility for branch level management including responsibility for the achievement of safety requirements, sales targets, administration requirements, and depot/freight services locally.
The role operates autonomously, with your direct manager being based in Sydney – as such, good problem-solving skills and an ability to go above and beyond to meet the customer's expectations is required. Some interstate travel may be required but infrequently (potentially once per quarter).

Skills and experience
Requirements for the role include:
- Demonstrated leadership experience in fast paced sales environment.
- Demonstrated Sales Management.
- Excellent Customer Centric Service Approach.
- Understanding of WHS requirements.
- Microsoft Office Capabilities.
- Excellent Communication Skills – Email, Verbal, Written.
- Ability to work Saturday's on a roster.
- Knowledge of the building industry would be beneficial but is not a requirement.
