ASCC is a successful, privately owned chemical distribution business with a presence in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. Due to our continual growth, we are now seeking to appoint an Account Manager with a strong focus on customer retention and new business development.

Our product range of globally recognised brands have established us with a strong presence as a key supplier of chemicals, solvents, resins and other specialty products which are critical to many industries such as personal care, industrial cleaning, adhesives, road repair, fibreglass and composite manufacture and paint and surface coatings. In this role, you will be responsible for customer retention and developing new sales by promoting our range of products.
If you are
- A highly motivated, self-starting individual who is hungry to be successful and has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a relevant, similar field of technical sales or business development.
- An outstanding written and verbal communicator who always seeks positive outcomes.
- A strong negotiator who always seeks win / win solutions for all stakeholders.
- Able to work both autonomously and as a team player in a small and diverse team environment.
- Well presented with the demonstrable skills required to perform well in a fast paced, chemical related sales environment.
- Flexible and capable of efficiently prioritising work demands and managing your time autonomously.

- The enthusiasm to help our clients find the solutions they need using your exceptional communication skills while also delivering exemplary customer service.
- A strong desire for a successful sales or account management role located in eastern suburbs of Sydney, NSW.
- A minimum of intermediate skills in using IT technologies including MS Office suite, email and internet.
- A tertiary qualification in business, chemistry, engineering or other related science would be highly regarded for this role as is a positive can-do attitude.
